Good afternoon everyone!

I wanted to reach out for some advice on how to find off market deals in the LA area. Particularly 4-plex units as house hacking is something I’m learning about very diligently.

My suggestion would be a lot of cold calling expireds that weren't able to sell, or even Absentee owner calling
