Hi! I’m a new investor who just moved to Dayton, OH. I have one cash flowing property in Michigan, and looking to add another single family or small multi family property soon.

I’m trying to learn the area here in Dayton.

I’m interested in what everyone thinks of different neighborhoods. If focusing on cash flow, are there neighborhoods or specific areas that tend to have the best outcomes?

Any areas to avoid?
