Loan servicing Company
Can anyone recommend a mortgage servicing company that reports to all 3 credit agencies? I have a seller held note on 1 property. The buyer wants it reported to the credit agencies. I am not set up to do so and do not want to go through the headache for one loan, so someone mentioned to me that I could have another company collect on the loan and send me the money each month for a fee as well as report to the credit agencies.
