Hi there, my name is Hayden Emerson! I’m new to Bigger Pockets, but have been following/learning, as much as possible over the past couple years. Little bit about my story... my wife, Sarah, and I have been married for 2 years now. When we got married, we made it our mission to crush our debt and pay off all our student loans. Two years later, we did it! Now the tough part... how to use our money to creat passive income.
We’re getting close to having enough money saved up to either house hack or buy some property out of state, in a less expensive area.
