Looking for a contractor in Orange County, CA

A friend of mine is looking to do some renovations to her 1200' townhouse (3 story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath) in Tustin. If anyone can recommend someone in the Orange County area, here is what she is looking to have done:

1. Replace existing carpet with engineered hardwood flooring and baseboards - approx. 475'

2.Paint entire interior of townhouse

3. Replace kitchen & bath countertops with either quartz or granite (remove existing tile)

4. Leveling a bar top to the height of a kitchen countertop (it is attached to the countertop)
