Hi @Joseph Mule, I am a Realtor down here in Tampa, Florida.  I love New York City!!!!  How is the market up there?  We are on fire even with the Covid 19 stuff going on.  Investing has a large learning curve.  Find a mentor, search out an agent from BP and reach out and see if you tagging along or helping with simple tasks, phone calls, site visits and so on would be beneficial to them.  We always love a good sidekick!  Anyway, best of luck to you!
