Real Estate License (IL)
I am considering getting my real estate license in Illinois. I just graduated college and will be starting a full time job. I just recently started to do some research about investing in real estate. I was also looking into a real estate license. Is it doable to get my real estate licence while working full time? Is it worth getting for someone who is interested in real estate investing or should I just stick with working with an agent? Would I have to work as a real state agent at a company to utilize the real estate license?
