Looking to help Madison WI investor
Hi, my name is Lucia and I'm a recent computer science college grad who moved to Madison in August. I spent all of last year learning about REI, reading books, and listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts. I was hoping to meet local investors through meetups, but the pandemic has interfered with that. So, I'm hoping I can find someone to help through the forums!
I'd like to use 3 to 5 (or more) hours a week to help someone with their REI business. Some examples of things I can help you with include:
• Property rehab
• Property analysis
• Driving for dollars
• Direct mail marketing
• Tech work (website creation, social media management, email lists)
My boyfriend is willing to help too. I do not expect any monetary payment, and I'm not looking for an official "mentor". I am looking for on-the-ground experience, and I want to offer value to someone. Please DM me if you think I might be able to help you!
