Contractor recommendations for Cincinnati area

Request to investors in the Cincinnati area. If you had a good experience with a contractor in the area, do you mind passing along the name and contact details? We are closing on a property there and need some work done (new kitchen flooring, fixing a leak or two, window replacement etc)

Thank You,
Deepak

Thank you Joe. "Pay more" bothers me as this is our first remote deal, but we'll talk to Chris.

Any more recommendations from others in the area?

If you think hiring a professional is expensive, wait till you hire an amateur!

If anything, pay more but expect good on a "remote" deal should be exactly what you're looking for. Managing a project from afar with people that don't have a track record is a recipe for disaster.

Good luck!
