NYC Property expenses

What's going on BP, I have a question for real estate investors who invest in single family properties in NYC, I currently live in the bronx, I'm curious as to what are the property expenses like in NYC like what do you pay for besides the mandatory property tax,water,gas,etc.

Hey @Justin Brown I used to work for a company that had a lot of Bronx properties. One recurring expense was trash violations, it is practically unavoidable. This is how the City gets their tax money.
