Looking to Apprentice with Experienced Wholesaler in Northern VA

I'm new to real estate (going into second year as agent), and am looking for an experienced wholesaler in Northern VA to apprentice with and learn the trade. (I'm in Loudoun County, would like to work with someone local, but I'm open to meeting others in Fairfax, Clark, even MD if it's not too far out)

My goal is to transition out of real estate sales into investing, and since I have steady employment now, I can “afford” this option for my growth phase.

Wholesaling, for what I’ve gathered, is profitable to the extent your marketing budget can be substantial.

What could I offer an experienced wholesaler? What are their biggest challenges that, if they could be resolved, would increase their productivity and profitability?
