Hi my name is Johnathan. I am 19 years old I live in Charleston South Carolina. I’m currently a college student for computer science/software engineer. I’m very interested in the real estate business I like the fact that you can get financial freedom if you work hard enough. It’s always been a interest to me ever since high school. I am looking for a mentor someone with lots of experience selling homes I’m thinking about getting my real estate license. I also want to have rental properties. Can someone please help me and guide me with your experience I want to do it the right way. I’m hard working energetic and I have a get up and go mentality.

Hi Johnathan.  Welcome to BP.  It's awesome that you are looking to expand your knowledge into the Real Estate business.  I would encourage you to reach out to local large brokerage(s) or RE teams in your area.  They are always looking to hire bright and motivated individuals.  Perhaps a team might be looking for an admin, or any other position that would enable you to learn the business and get paid too.  As an agent and investor myself in Cleveland Ohio, I know of many teams I work with are always looking for people.
