Looking to build a network of hard money lenders , general contractors, and realtors experienced in short sales in westchester . Also seeking insight on the best areas to rehab and refinance a multi family(typically lower westchester). In terms of appreciation I was thinking Yonkers. But would also like an area with better cash flow to have a balance. Any insight is greatly appreciated thank you !
