Starting a meetup as a rookie
Hey everyone,
I'm in Lock Haven, Pa and, in my area, there are no REI meetups, Real Estate clubs, or anything of the sorts. So I've decided to try and start my own. As a rookie. With no deals to my name. Yet.
So, what I’m looking for is some advice on how to go about structuring one. As I said, I don’t have any deals yet, so I can’t really start off talking about or showcasing any. I’ve also never been to one so I’m not sure how they run.
Any advice would be great!!
