Hi Michael:

I live in California but am looking to buy SFRs in the Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Decatur areas. I recently was out there for several days “driving for dollars” and am now looking at specific properties. Although I am not local I would be more than happy to share any info, ideas, etc.
