I am interested if anyone has an example of a successful absentee owner direct mail campaign with the following or if someone could help me design a direct mail plan with these criteria:
1.) I am looking to reach each owner 7-8+ times with each letter building on the previous(I don't want to send the same letter over and over.)
2.) Do you send only letters or mix it up with postcards and zipcards as well?
3.) What should the message say, or post cards show?
I want to develop a great direct mail plan, so that I am not wasting money and sending out random letters here and there. I want to get the most bang for my buck!
Thanks in advance for your comments and suggestions!
You should reach out to @Jerry Puckett and/or @Michael Quarles to discuss your direct mail needs. Marketing is all about testing and consistent touches. Meaning the first month you mail letters and then the next month you mail postcards. You can alter your message each time a little bit to test what message is most effective. But in general, your message should be directed to solve the seller's issue. Whether it's a problem tenant, financial crisis, job relocation, ect your job is to solve the seller's problem and your marketing needs show the seller that you can solve their issue.
Awesome, thanks for the feedback @Justin Howe !
