What are your best techniques to decide on specific areas to purchase houses to rehab? I am asking for great analysis tools, how to pull numbers, and any pointers. I am looking in the North Houston and Conroe/Montgomery area, but open to all of Houston. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you so much for your time in advance!

I am looking for someone that is good with home design software that I can send plans to. The builder I am working with doesn't offer it, but I would like to see the plans virtually to get a better feel of layout, and placement of minor details. Thanks in advance.

 I will be focusing on wholesaling right now to get a good foundation. I just quit my full-time job, so I can focus on my RE goals. I will be looking to purchase a rental property within the next 6months-year as well. What about you? I need to meet local investors as well, and plan to start attending as many RE events as possible.
