Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $297,000
Cash invested: $18,000

Made a decision after BPCon21 that I would acquire my second rental property within 90 days and I ended up closing on the deal within 45 days. Much thanks to the Bigger Pockets community for the continued inspiration and knowledge and looking forward to making more connections with you all.
