401k rollover to invest in RE
I have created an LLC and I am looking to roll over my 401K from a previous employer. I have been searching for a good financial institution to roll into, but one that I can also borrow against for RE. Eventually, I would like to directly invest the solo 401k into RE as its own entity. What are some good companies for this?
