4-Unit Rental Deal Analysis Help
Hey everyone! Looking to purchase my first investment property for buy & hold. Here is the link to the analysis report:

This is a 4-unit property with all 4 units already rented out and most units have recently been rehabbed. This would be more of a turn-key investment and I'm planning to have property management handle the property.
Please let me know if you have any thoughts on this and whether it would be a good investment for a newbie or not. Also any advice on what things I should pay attention to before closing on the property would be very helpful. Thank you!
