Found this AMAZING 4-plex for some investor clients during one of the largest shortages in inventory in Colorado. Had to think outside the box and go to Colorado Springs but it was worth it!
All units were (excluding one) already occupied making it a very smooth transition for my clients. I ensured all rent was current so they could begin receiving rent checks right away.
They are very pleased and are loving the passive income they are receiving from this investment :)
