Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $991,500
Cash invested: $200,000
Sale price: $1,720,000

2 duplexs on adjacent parcels purchased at a wholesale auction. Complete remodel - added two master suites and subdivided the property so I could sell the units individually. A little over 6 months from closing and getting keys to turning over for the new owners. Over $400,000 profit generated from this deal.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard money

How did you add value to the deal?

Rehabed the whole property

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
