Closed on first property today!

We closed on our first investment property today. It's a VA repo converted 2/1/1 that we plan to convert back to a 3/1/1. We have contractors starting tomorrow to level the floors, then we begin the conversion, bathroom sub floor, drywall repairs, paint, and refinishing hardwood floors. We hope to have it rent ready in 3-4 weeks and already have someone interested in it.

Thanks bigger pockets for all the information and knowledge available. I have learned a ton since joining.
