Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $340,000
Cash invested: $140,000

We found an off-market townhouse in Sunnyside, a quite neighborhood between Panama City Beach and Rosemary Beach.
We purchased for 340,000 using a conventional loan and the home appraised for 505,000 during due diligence.
We spent 140,000 renovating and we now the house is live on Airbnb!
