Rookie multifamily OOS analysis (criticize my analysis)
I am as green as they come but more than willing to put in the effort to learn. Also, participating in the Bigger Pockets Real Estate Rookie Bootcamp and have aspirations of closing a deal by the end of the 12 week course.
