Hi guys I just closed on my first flip property here in fort worth. Does anyone have any general contractor or painter/ drywall/counter top contacts here in Fort Worth with rehab experience that they want to pass along??? The guy who did my estimate is asking for 33% down to start the job... what is normal out here in Texas? All advice welcome to this newbie!!!
