House hack analysis advice
Good afternoon all,
Im looking at this house hack in Newark NJ. Its a 9 bed 6 bath 3 unit listed for 597,000. We heard there is an offer at 650,000 so that is what I want to match and I was wondering if yall could give some feedback.
The cap is really low, but my numbers are very conservative and the cash flow could be good for someone my age (23). I think it will help propel my future properties.
