[Calc Review] Just to get the brain juices flowing
I found a property that has some potential, currently active in the MLS - below is the link for that as well - if you want to submit an offer - let me know ASAP - email me the details necessary. But I think this property could probably be locked in at $145k maybe and brought back more after inspections closer to $105/$110 range. I recently negotiated an almost identical home nearby down to $100k even.
