Airbnb strategy for Travel Professionals
Hello everyone! Question here regarding a strategy that I have no used before. I am looking at a townhome (3b,2bath) that is move in ready and is right near a major hospital system in my area. I am thinking of using this as an Airbnb for travel nurses and other professionals that needed shorter term rents for work. Has anyone else used this strategy or heard of this being done before?
One of my concerns is that renters might not be interested in staying in a place with 2 other strangers and sharing living spaces with them, but I could be wrong.
Any other recommendations or considerations I should be thinking about would be greatly appreciated as well!
