Renting the dirt and making work

Bought a property in central part of town. Fenced it off and rented it to contractors and car aficionados.  
monthly payment is 700. Insurance and maintenance so far are less than 300/ mo.  The gross income is 2050.  

No power no water no toilet to plunge.
