What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
The location of this property makes it a great perspective full time rental property once I move out.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
I found this deal on the MLS and offered at asking price. The appraisal came in tidewater so we negotiated and convinced the seller to lower their price to the appraised value avoiding paying the appraisal gap.
