Potential land note deal FL
I am looking for a buyer for a 0.25 Acre lot in Punta Gorda FL. The note is current. UPB is $32,000. Original balance is $40,000 Payments are $1,000 a month. A balloon note will be due in 2 and a half years. Seller wants $25,000 for the note. Price is negotiable. depending on how quick they can close.
