Purchase price: $445,000
Cash invested: $3,500
Sale price: $500,000

4Bed/2.5Ba, 3-Car, 3308sf Ranch with basement.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Location, Price, not a lot of work needed, temporary home for us.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Realtor.com and negotiated directly with listing agent without an agent of my own

How did you finance this deal?

VA

How did you add value to the deal?

Painted interior, updated landscaping, added barn doors and other custom features on interior.

What was the outcome?

Sold the home in less than 8 months for $500k.

Nothing glaring on this deal.

Great deal! We had sold a property for a large gain last year and somewhat wished we hadn't, but we wouldn't have been able to buy our current BRRRR and start our first Airbnb so we take decisions for what they are and move on to the next opportunity. Keep moving ahead!
