This home was my first purchase. It was a good purchase even though I didn't know much about real estate. It was purchased right before the area of Twin Falls starting making record HPI highs, and it also needed a modern update. It also comes with a large yard and separate garage. The garage could be help and rented separately from the home itself.

Update we sold it. Bought a new home.
