@Jay S.Good advice. I'll see I they can reduce to 15. 

@Stephanie P. I hear you.  This interest rate is killing me. I'm bothered with such high expenses.  NYS taxes are high.  I'm lowballing rents in my estimate at $950 to be conservative but should be able to get 1050.

I'm going to see if I can extend my HELOC and just purchase outright - TBD.
