Solo Ownership of a Two Unit Rowhome Condo Conversion

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchased the other unit in my 2 unit condo building giving me total control of the convert rowhome to condo. I have a long term renter for one unit and am house hacking the two bedroom unit with a roomate.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Long term cash flow.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Purchased off market from my former condo association member.

How did you finance this deal?

5% down 30 year conventional
