Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $575,000

Fourplex purchased with my VA Home Loan at $575,000. Seller paid all closing costs and I've put in $20,000 in renovation. Currently House Hacking this property.
