The seller found me on Yelp. Yes, I negotiated it.

Floors, carpet, paint, bathrooms, garage, landscaping.

What was the outcome?

Made 100k.

Issues with the roof from a poor initial roof inspection that bit us on the resale. Many more lessons, ask me!
