Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $417,000
Cash invested: $150,000
Fully furnished 2 bedroom cabin in the Smoky Mountains and utilizing as a STR. This one definitely didn't go perfectly on the financing front and ended up having to get creative at the last minute and come in with much more than we wanted to. That said, we love this place and it's doing well thus far.
