I'm gleeful to report I SOLD my FIRST flip today. Single family, 3/2 raised ranch. Closing was this afternoon.

And... not only did I NOT lose any money on the deal, I actually MADE money... the first time out.

Psyched!

I can't wait to get started on the next.
