Single-family residence wholesale investment.

My first wholesale property, I started working at NetWorth Realty back in August 2022 and sold my first deal in one month and 15 days! If you are looking for more properties like this please reach out to me!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My client was looking to fix and flip this property. We got this deal done at a great price with lots of meat on the bone.
