Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $175,186

Bought from the developer as a long term investment

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I had a nice fulltime W-2 job and I wanted to shelter some of my income to build wealth.

How did you finance this deal?

Developer financing with Wells Fargo

How did you add value to the deal?

I managed it myself and developed longterm relationships with vendors.

What was the outcome?

This property has doubled in value as the subdivision was in the path of growth when I purchased it.
