Should I pay off my house Mortgage?
Hi, I have been trying to get a rental property for the longest time. Now that I have saved up a little bit of money, I am either looking to pay off my $70,000 home mortgage and take out an equity loan or just use that money for a down payment? If someone can help me with some advice I would greatly appreciate it and how it would benefit me more.
