This was a property that was under repair from the previous owners who realized they were in over their heads.

We found this deal on the MLS and actually offered slightly over list price because the numbers still worked
How did you finance this deal?
We financed through a hard money lender
How did you add value to the deal?
We are adding a bathroom, and redoing the current bath. Fixing structural issues as well as cosmetic fixes.
