Potential Off-Market Rental Property
Hello all!
I'm working towards acquiring my very first rental property! I found a property selling through Facebook Marketplace and I'm asking for advice on how to go about approaching this. What certain questions should I be asking the seller? What are things to look for? Anything to get an edge on other potential buyers that the seller would think of me first when deciding who to sell to!
