I believe I have found an awesome seller financed deal through a mutual friend the seller and I have. This is 2 properties 6 STR's. The earnings have been shared with me and I took the lowest months average to see if everything works out. This seems great did I miss anything? The 12 month average was $9,500 for all units combined. The seller is moving out of the country and wants to sell.
