[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
Hi there,
I its my first steps :) to be in real estate
I am new to real estate, last 6-7mcs I watched you guys, and I want to go.. I want to do something more even I start real estate course... so:
I found a property for my first deal as rentals, it is a duplex, 2bd/1ba and studio 1/1 in Nokomis FL.
My idea for deal is -seller finance-. Please let me know what you thing, any add/odds.
I know you can ask for help from investors for deals like that , but how it exactly work regarding to pay back? i understand is the terms, buy with a 500 profit monthly hard to pay quick 10k or more. thank you for input.
Please let me know if you thing - if is good deal-- any different approach to this deal to happen.
OR anybody in Sarasota county to wish a meet and make some work together... let me know...
