This property was a foreclosure. Majority of the work has been already completed. There was mold in the basement due to a flooding issue.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Mold is gold. Great block. Close to expressway. Brick split ranch with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom.

Remodeled the basement- mold remediation. Remolded the first floor. New kitchen, new flooring at basement and first floor, and fresh paint.

Great house for the new home owner.
