Here is a 4bd 2ba house we closed on. Utilizing all cash and will actually resell this property as is using seller financing.Taking a first position mortgage the buyer is already under contract as of today paying purchase $45,000 at a monthly payment $800 per month 3 yr term. Projected profit $36,000 We have so many buyers looking to purchase this property and similar structures such as this one.
