Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $138,000

Build to rent

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Build to rent let me create cash flow. With no money down and create $60,000 of equity from day one.

How did you finance this deal?

Started with a construction to perm loan with a bank. The I refinanced to a DSRC loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

By building the home

Lessons learned? Challenges?

The faster I can take out the construction loan from the bank the faster I can build cash flow

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

No
